Magdalena Bay is a 31 mile (50 km) long bay along the Pacific-facing coast of Baja California Peninsula. Possible marine life sightings include shark, gray whale, Dolphin, turtle, schooling fish, bait balls (sealions or marlins), and pelagics—humpback whale, sei whale, orca, wahoo, yellowfin tuna, mako, and bottlenose dolphins. At Santa Margarita there are various wrecks including the SS Westbank Park (a World War II merchant ship), and the USS H1 Seawolf (a World War I submarine). Swimming, snorkelling, & apnoea marine exploration.
