Magali Guerrero

“Magy” brings together more than 30 years in education and over two decades of passion for diving. She holds a doctorate in Educational Technology and Innovation, and has spent her career teaching and sharing knowledge clearly and reliably in international education. Her adventurous streak took her through hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, rafting, rappelling and paragliding, until she discovered diving in 2002 and it became her main passion. Since then she has earned certifications in bronze star basic diving, silver and gold star advanced diving, FMAS and PADI Nitrox, BIG BLUE Free Diver apnea, DAN water safety and rescue, Dive Master, underwater photography and IANTD instructor — and she keeps training. As an instructor she is committed to:Building each student’s safety and confidence on their first dives. Encouraging respect and care for the underwater environment.
